I moved to Savannah when I was very young. Our family loved Savannah and my father saw so much potential in the Historic District. To think Savannah did not have a visitors center and had only one tour bus! Things have surely changed. There is nothing like our beautiful city and I want all tourists to come and enjoy Savannah as much as I do!

After graduating from Georgia State University in Atlanta with a degree in Hotel Management, I moved back to my hometown to start working at the new Hyatt Hotel on Savannah's famous River Street. Soon after, I got married to a native Savannahian and had two wonderful daughters. After my girls left the house and we were empty nesters, I was ready to go back to work full time! I realized I was finished with all the many school fundraisers and activities that I was committed to when my daughters were in school. I was always drawn to the service industry, and real estate was the perfect fit. I've sold and listed homes from the Historic District to the Isle of Hope, and I've loved every minute. I work full time in the office as the Office Coordinator, Savannah Office at Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty, and I do sell on the side. When I'm out selling or I have a buyer, I try and make sure I've done my homework so that my time spent with my client is most productive.

Q. What is something you just can't live without?

A. That would be my morning coffee! It is my quiet time before the day takes off! I also have to have to have my exercise, it keeps me relaxed and also helps me to sleep better.

Q. Imagine you have a full day off, no obligations or work, what do you do?

A. I rarely sit and take it easy. I'm one of those that likes to stay busy. I do try and keep an organized and clean house and of course, I'll do a little online shopping, but if it's football season, you'll catch me watching football! We are a house divided. We are Georgia and Auburn alums.

Q. What is your favorite time of year in your city and why?

A. Fall, the weather is cooler! We all have better hair days. The tourists love the Fall too, a great time for walking around our beautiful squares and learning about our history.
